Shipping & Delivery

Jimmy’s Cocktails is committed to delivering your order within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship only in serviceable Pin Code. 

How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 36 hours of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse.

Cancellation & Refunds

No cancellation & refunds will be processed once the order has been placed.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

We take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your Jimmy’s Cocktails bottle in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please call our customer care at 
1800 103 020 or email us at jimmy@radioheadbrands.com  mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
